Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008, better known as CLP, establishes the requirements for classification, labeling and packaging of chemical substances and mixtures. It can be considered an extension of the REACH Regulation
o The Safety Data Sheet is a document with a regulated mandatory structure and content. It must allow the correct risk management, storage, handling, and transport of the chemical product.
o The European Regulation No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, aims to guarantee a high level of human health safety and ensure the functioning of the internal market, guaranteeing the use of alternative methods that do not involve the use of animals.
Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012, better known as BPR, is a regulation adopted by the European Union to improve the functioning of the internal market by harmonizing the rules on the marketing and use of biocides, guaranteeing at the same time a high level of protection of human and animal health and the environment.
Standards ISPM-15 or NIMF-15 (International Regulation on Phytosanitary Measures No. 15), were developed by the United Nations for Food and Agriculture (FAO), through an international treaty. Its objective is to prevent the proliferation of pests in international merchandise trade.
Under the responsibility of the head of the company, the SECURITY ADVISOR has the mission of facilitating the execution of ADR activities respecting the applicable provisions and in optimal security conditions.
o Drug precursors are chemical substances that, due to their composition, could be diverted from their legal use for the manufacture of narcotic drugs. For this reason, its commercialization is highly regulated.
